2007 Small Jewel
Small Jewel is a designation Consulting Magazine annually bestows upon seven international firms, of 200 employees or less, that have distinguished themselves inside the consulting marketplace. Of the seven awardees, ICOR was the only firm that specialized in serving clients in the public sector and federal government markets. All seven ‘Small Jewels’ awardees are profiled in Consulting Magazine’s March/April 2007 print issue and featured on the magazine’s web site at www.consultingmag.com.

2005 Under Secretary’s Award for Outstanding Contractor Support
ICOR utilized a highly effective systems approach to develop and implement new capabilities and tools to stand-up and support the Science & Technology Directorate’s research, development test and evaluation mission. ICOR instituted the technology readiness level approach as a method for reducing risks and evaluating technological maturity and created processes to transition advanced homeland security capabilities to state, local and federal operational users. The accomplishments of the ICOR Team have provided the S&T Directorate the capability to address a broad range of homeland security requirements. ICOR was presented with the Outstanding Contractor Support award by DHS Under Secretary for Science & Technology during the Under Secretary/’s Annual Awards Ceremony in December 2005.

2006 Small Business Achievement Award
ICOR was nominated for and received the Small Business Achievement award in recognition for a wide range of program management, systems engineering and strategic business consulting services that it provides to DHS. ICOR consultants work directly with DHS executives and managers in planning, developing, transitioning and supporting advanced homeland security programs, integrated systems and capabilities to include BioWatch, BorderSafe and the Counter Measures Test Beds. The award was presented to ICOR by the DHS Under Secretary for Management, during The 2nd Annual DHS Small Business Awards Ceremony held in Washington D.C.
